Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Falcon Complete program in New Zealand (remote). You will lead complex investigations across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud, acting as a technical lead for high-severity incidents.

You will conduct advanced telemetry analysis, investigate sophisticated attacks, and guide customers through remediation. The role emphasizes mentoring, process improvement, and thought leadership in AI-enabled security.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex incident response investigations and owning high-severity incidents.
• Deep knowledge of attack vectors, TTPs, and MITRE ATT&CK to drive detection improvements.
• Advanced forensic analysis across host, memory and network artifacts to determine root cause.
• Expertise in static and dynamic malware analysis and behavior-based detection.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to enhance decision-making and automation in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments as technical lead for high-severity incidents.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, forensic artifacts, and network data to determine root cause and attacker techniques.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 attacks (BEC/AITM) and provide expert guidance to customers.
• Perform malware analysis to inform detection and remediation strategies.
• Develop strategic remediation plans and coordinate containment actions across environments.
• Mentor analysts, contribute to training materials and knowledge base content.
• Drive process improvements, SOP development, and security automation.
• Represent CrowdStrike through thought leadership activities and external engagements.
• Deliver expert customer communications during critical incidents.
