Alignerr Corp. is seeking Masters and PhD researchers for a fully remote, hourly contract role focused on building and training cutting-edge AI models. You will design and solve complex problems, applying your deep research expertise in a high-impact environment.

This role is 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Strong English communication is essential, and prior AI industry experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field.
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, solve, and review advanced problems across technical and academic domains with real-world relevance.
• Apply your research expertise to design complex problem statements that challenge and improve AI reasoning capabilities.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, rigour, depth, and logical soundness.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance.
• Ensure academic integrity and clarity across all deliverables.
