Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Masters and PhD-level researchers to tackle complex, multi-disciplinary problems that push AI reasoning to its limits. This fully remote, hourly contract enables serious researchers to shape tomorrow's AI on their own schedule.

You will design and review advanced problems, craft rigorous statements, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance, ensuring academic rigor and clarity in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university.
• Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical project work.
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills in English.
• Fluency in English and remote work capability from eligible regions.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages


• Background spanning multiple academic disciplines or applied research environments
