Alignerr Corp. is seeking Masters and PhD researchers for a fully remote, hourly contract role focused on building and training cutting-edge AI models. You will design and solve complex problems, applying your deep research expertise in a high-impact environment.

This role is 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Strong English communication is essential, and prior AI industry experience is not required.

Who You Are

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision
• Able to translate deep technical knowledge into clear, structured outputs
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
• Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or interdisciplinary research
