Job summary

Kitomba is seeking an organised and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage collections, maintain records and support process improvements across the accounts receivable function.

This fully remote role lets you work from anywhere across New Zealand, with a strong emphasis on building relationships with customers, negotiating payments and delivering accurate reporting to help drive business performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Negotiate payments and payment plans with customers
