Job summary

AIA is seeking a Project Management Specialist - Remediation to lead complex remediation initiatives that support regulatory compliance, strengthen customer outcomes, and protect the integrity of the business. You will work with the Head of Regulatory & Remediation and subject matter experts across the organisation to drive delivery from planning through to completion.

Qualifications

You have experience leading complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management across agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Proactive problem solving and ability to navigate risk and ambiguity.
Excellent communication and relationship-building to align teams.
Experience in financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment is a plus.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead remediation projects that deliver quality outcomes aligned with objectives and compliance obligations.
Develop and execute clear project plans with milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables on track.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and experts to define scope and deliver practical solutions.
Build stakeholder relationships and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to protect outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by promoting agile practices and organisational change.
