Join our dynamic, award-winning mortgage team as a Relationship Manager. You'll be at the heart of every deal—directly helping clients achieve their financial goals and playing a key part in our growth. You'll manage workflows, ensure seamless operations, and build genuine connections with clients and advisers, supporting them throughout the lending process.
Facilitate the lending process: Prepare and organise loan applications, ensuring all client information is accurate and compliant with lending regulations and complete end to end submissions with a range of key lenders.
Support our Financial Advisers: Seamlessly partner with our advisers, whose primary focus is on mortgages, handling the administrative aspects of their deals; from application, through to submission and loan settlements.
Manage the refix pipeline: Take ownership of our existing client refixes, ensuring we proactively service their needs, identifying opportunities and maintain strong relationships throughout.
Client engagement: Enjoy direct interaction with clients, guiding them through the application journey with clarity and professionalism.
Experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role is preferable, however as a small team, attitude and fit come first and we will provide training for the right candidate.
Unwavering attention to detail: You’ll be putting together applications for bank submission; details are crucial.
Exceptional organisational skills: You can juggle multiple tasks with ease and keep everything running smoothly.
