Niche Recruitment in Wellington is seeking an experienced Investigator to conduct investigations from initial assessment through to reporting, including interviewing relevant parties, gathering and analysing evidence, and preparing clear, evidence-based reports.

You will manage an investigations caseload, liaise with legal representatives and internal advisors, and contribute to hearing preparation where required, ensuring matters are progressed thoroughly, fairly and within agreed timeframes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience conducting investigations in regulatory or professional standards environments.
• Experience conducting investigative interviews.
• Strong evidence-gathering, analysis and report-writing skills.
• Understanding of fair process, natural justice and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage an investigations caseload and prioritise effectively.
