Job summary

Nelson Marlborough Health in Nelson, NZ seeks a NZ Registered Nurse to join Ward 9. The role is fixed term for 7 months at 0.8 FTE in a busy surgical ward with orthopaedics, gynaecology, and otolaryngology focus.

Post-registration experience in an acute care setting is required. You will be part of a collaborative team, rotating across AM, PM, and night shifts, with opportunities for professional development and strong patient partnerships.

About the Role

Ward 9 has a strong Orthopaedic,Gynaecology and Otolaryngology focus providing diverse opportunities across allspecialties in an acute and elective environment. We practice in acollaborative patient partnership model of care to achieve best outcomes forour patients/families and whānau.

Shifts will be rostered across Mondayto Sunday, AM, PM, mid-shifts and night shifts.

About the Team/Location

We have a combination of RegisteredNurses and Health Care Assistants working on the ward. About you

• You must be a NZ Registered Nurse with acurrent NZNC practising certificate and post-registration nursingexperience in an acute care setting.
