Job summary

Estia Health in Auckland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to cover a Maternity Leave position, 60 hours per fortnight (Tue/Wed PM, Fri AM, Sat PM). Start date: 1 October for six months.

You will provide patient care across residents, supporting clinical leadership, documentation, and continuity of care in a values‑driven aged care community.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Leadership experience in clinical care.
• Solid documentation skills and AN-ACC knowledge.

About the Role

We currently require an experienced Registered Nurse to cover a Maternity Leave position. This position is for 60 hours per fortnight working - Tuesday and Wednesday PM, Friday AM and Saturday PM. Ideally we would love the successful person to commence on the 1st October for a six month period.

You will be a comfort to our residents, a leader to the team – being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to our residents’ medical needs.
• Put together clinical documentation.
• Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
• Be a health and safety role model.
• Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.

You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
