Job summary

Estia Health in New Zealand is recruiting for dedicated caregivers to support residents in our aged care homes. You’ll help with daily living, ensure residents are comfortable, nourished, and safe, and work with a warm, collaborative team.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, privacy, and dignity, with opportunities to contribute to resident wellbeing and health documentation. Applicants should have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and prior caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• A genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Great communicator and team player
