Job summary

CHT Care Homes in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty invites a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our not-for-profit team. You will perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments, plan and delegate nursing care, and monitor residents' health.

You will lead and mentor care staff, maintain accurate documentation, review care plans, and build strong relationships with residents and whānau. A current NZRN practising certificate and exceptional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse practising certificate.
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Confidence in leading and supporting care staff.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
• Comfort using standard IT and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments.
• Plan, deliver and delegate high-quality nursing care.
