Job summary

CHT Care Homes in Auckland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centred care across our homes. You will complete initial and ongoing assessments, plan and deliver nursing care, and mentor care staff.

With a not-for-profit ethos, we offer support for professional development, wellbeing programs, and opportunities to work closely with families and allied health professionals in a values-led team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NZ practising certificate.
• Ability to assess residents and plan care.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to mentor and support care team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care. Every day you will:
