Health New Zealand Waitematā is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join the Interventional Radiology department at North Shore Hospital. This permanent, 0.7 FTE role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a chance to develop extensive skills in interventional radiology and acute care.
You will work independently and in a team, with a strong emphasis on communication, flexibility, and high-quality patient care. A comprehensive orientation to radiology will be provided.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with an ability to be flexible, creative and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day. You must have a strong commitment to quality healthcare and be capable of working independently and within a team.
You will have the opportunity to experience:
Currently hours are across Monday Friday, however there are future plans to provide an on-call service.
Health New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas. It has the largest population of any district health area.
To be successful in this role, you will be an NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate. You must have experience in contemporary acute care clinical practice and it is desirable to have experience in assisting with radiological procedures and cannulation.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with an ability to be flexible, creative and adaptable to the changes that occur throughout the day but also with wider service delivery.
