The General Surgery& Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU) has an exciting opportunity for aRegistered Nurse to join the team.
The serviceoperates Monday to Sunday across all shifts – Morning, Afternoons and Nights.
We have twofixed-term positions available due to parental leave. Please indicate whichrole(s) you would like to be considered for in your application.

Our team providescare for our acute general surgery patients, undergoing general surgicalprocedures within the ward environment and high dependency surgical patients inour 8 bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit. We are a Dedicated Education Unit forstaff wanting to be involved in the development of student nurses.
About You
We are looking foran energetic nurse who is eager to strengthen and develop their skills. Ideallyyou will be an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about AcuteGeneral Surgery and Progressive Care and can work collaboratively with thewider multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and improvedpatient outcomes are attained.
Working in ourlarge multidisciplinary team will enable you to work closely with and learnfrom our Surgeons, Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialist, who are allexperts in their specialties and who are focused on advances in surgical carethat improve clinical outcomes.
