Qualifications

• Proven fashion retail leadership as an Area/Regional Manager across multiple locations.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Exceptional people leadership skills – recruiting, developing talent, tough conversations, motivating teams.
• Solid knowledge of visual merchandising and product mix for stores and their impact on performance.
• A customer-first mindset ensuring every store delivers the HUFFER experience.
