Job summary

Air Liquide New Zealand is seeking a Regional Engineering lead based in Auckland. You will drive regional project delivery, ensuring technical compliance and strong safety culture across customer installations.

You will partner with clients from planning through handover and ongoing maintenance. You will develop and audit SWMS, manage asset structures, and support SOP upgrades while collaborating with the national engineering team to drive regional innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on project implementation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawings and modifications.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional projects in line with technical requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients from planning to handover and maintenance.
• Develop SWMS and risk assessments to ensure zero-compromise site safety.
• Optimize asset management and SOPs through continuous improvement.
• Review technical solutions with the national engineering team.
