Job summary

AA is seeking an experienced Operations Delivery Manager to lead the Wellington region in delivering Mobility services. You will manage a core team and coordinate with a network of contractors and partners, owning performance and improvements on the ground.

The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability for regional outcomes, and the ability to balance service delivery with safety and commercial goals. Hybrid work is available, with opportunities to shape regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in operational or field-based environments.
• Ability to own outcomes and be accountable for regional performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, confident leadership to Wellington-based team and manage regional relationships.
• Own end-to-end performance of the region, balancing service delivery, people leadership, safety and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure effective delivery of Mobility services meeting standards and customer expectations.
• Contribute to regional strategy, operational planning and budget management.
• Build credible relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and implement practical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory and contractual requirements.
