As a Regional Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Head of Retail to deliver strategic, operational and cultural outcomes across your brand portfolio and store network. You will mentor and inspire your store leadership team, ensuring each region is equipped to achieve growth, efficiency and an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be hands‑on, visible, and influential—travelling across stores, leading activations, strengthening team capability, and contributing to the overarching brand direction within Accent Group.
