Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the HOKA, Vans and UGG brands across a broad store network in New Zealand. You will coach and empower store leadership, drive commercial strategy, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with the Head of Retail to set targets, manage KPIs, and implement initiatives across multiple sites. This leadership role requires travel across the state network and a passion for people,

Qualifications

• Experience in Area Manager, Regional Manager or senior multi-site leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and operational results.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching capability.
• Collaborative and influential communication style.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Passion for retail, customer experience and brand storytelling.
• High energy, adaptability and willingness to travel regularly across the store network.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute commercial strategies for your regions in collaboration with the Head of Retail.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring teams have the right tools and support to achieve them.
• Champion our customer-first culture and contribute to overarching brand strategy.
• Monitor state-wide performance metrics including KPIs, UPTs, wages, monthly targets and comps, identifying gaps and delivering improvement plans.
• Innovating and elevating market offerings, employee engagement initiatives, and training opportunities in partnership with the Head of Retail.
• Coaching and assisting our store leadership teams with performance management and disciplinary processes, liaising with key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with other State Managers to ensure consistency and excellence across the Accent Brands portfolio.
• Regular store visits to drive in-store training, retail activations, audits and operational support.
• Developing your store leadership team through tailored coaching, succession planning and ongoing capability building.
• Hosting state-based meetings and presenting at leadership conferences and events.

Lead a high-performing state, shape the future of retail, and empower teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences. As our Regional Manager for Accent Brands (HOKA, Vans & Ugg). You’ll oversee and elevate our store network, driving operational excellence, sales performance, and a culture grounded in purpose, passion and people.

About The Role

This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others to success, building strong relationships, and executing on commercial strategy while keeping customer satisfaction and brand advocacy at the heart of everything they do.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
