Placements24 seeks a robust Regional Courier Driver to serve Queenstown and broader Eastern Cape. You will manage daily routes, deliver parcels to businesses and homes, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role requires a valid Code 8+ license, proven courier experience in regional settings, knowledge of Eastern Cape routes, physical fitness, reliability, and punctuality. A company vehicle and fuel allowance are provided to support efficient deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Code 8 or higher) with a clean driving record.
• Experience as courier or delivery driver, preferably regional.
• Knowledge of Eastern Cape routes, including Queenstown.
• Physical fitness to handle varying package sizes and weights.
• Reliable, punctual, and good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily courier routes, delivering parcels and goods across the Eastern Cape region.
• Plan routes efficiently to cover designated areas in and around Queenstown, considering road conditions.
• Safely load and unload packages, ensuring contents are secure and undamaged.
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain necessary proof of delivery from recipients.
• Conduct routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in safe working order.
