Job summary

Watercare Services Limited is looking for an Asset Protection Manager to provide regional support to our Transmission and Network teams and lead a multi-disciplinary group of engineers. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate with developers and project teams, and drive service performance within budget.

A tertiary Engineering qualification (Structural or Civil) is preferred. You will promote superior customer service, engage cross-functional teams and cultivate a high-performance

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and customer relationship management with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team (office and field based).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in working cross-functionally and effectively collaborate across teams.
• A relevant tertiary level qualification in Engineering, preferably in Structural or Civil disciplines

Responsibilities

• Provide regional support to Watercare Transmission and Network teams.
• Manage a team of engineers.
• Liaise and coordinate with Developers, contractors and project teams.
• Promote a culture of quality customer service in the organisation.
• Control output of the business unit to ensure Watercare outcomes are achieved within budget.
• Initiate and develop partnerships with customers to define and evaluate service performance outcomes.
• Engage and motivate the team, creating opportunities for recognising and celebrating high performance at the individual and team level
