Job summary

The Area Manager will oversee Smith&Smith locations and mobile services in the Central North Island, including Hastings, Napier, Palmerston North, Fielding, Whanganui and New Plymouth. You will hire, train and develop strong teams, implement Belron standards, and drive brand awareness and profitability.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, build lasting dealer relationships, and travel frequently while upholding safety and NZ work rights.

Qualifications

• Seasoned in managing multiple branches with an eye for operational and commercial success.
• Experienced in fostering strong relationships across geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Customer focused with a commitment to first‑class experiences; account or sales management preferred.
• Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.
• A willingness to travel frequently.
• Clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre‑employment test.
