Job summary

Ballance Agri-Nutrients seeks a Regional Operations Manager for Hawke's Bay to lead the Super Air operations, directing the regional team and coordinating the aerial topdressing fleet to maximise safety and productivity.

You will build industry and community networks, manage delivery of product to airstrips, and drive regional growth while providing strong leadership and coaching to the regional team.

• Full licence held and valid.
