Job summary

Carel is seeking a Technical Support and Project Delivery Engineer – Refrigeration in Penrose, Auckland. The role focuses on high-level pre- and post-technical support for refrigeration control systems and projects, including on-site commissioning and training across NZ.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience with Carel products, be proficient in AutoCAD, Case Suite and Stone platforms, and demonstrate strong CRM usage, communication, and problem-solving skills to

Qualifications

Have a background in refrigeration having worked as either a system integrator or a refrigeration technician.
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Carel products.
Be proficient on Case Suite and Stone engineering platforms.
Be proficient in Auto Cad.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical clients.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and self-management abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Technical Support, software engineering, commissioning.
Provide on-site commissioning and fault finding of Company products, projects and services nationally.
Configure / Customize the user interface on the company’s Supervisory Systems.
Provide technical support and on boarding services for the company’s IOT solutions.
Assist Refrigeration team with product selection for quotes and tenders.
Provide support and training to internal and external customers as required including project related management activities.
