Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Canberra. This role is based in Canberra, ACT, with relocation support for the right candidate and opportunities across Australia or New Zealand.

You will support surgeons in theatre, provide clinical guidance, and build strong relationships with theatre staff while collaborating on territory planning and achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
