Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• + Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field
• + Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
• + Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
