• Experience as a Candidate Manager or Recruitment Coordinator in internal or agency recruitment.

• Tech-savvy with confidence using recruitment systems and digital tools.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle a busy to-do list.
• Committed to delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Calling and phone screening candidates to gauge fit and guide them through the process.
• Using job boards, social media, and networks to source great people and start conversations.
• Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers to keep the process running smoothly.
• Managing pre-employment checks (police vetting, references, and role-specific requirements).
• Supporting info evenings, assessment centres, and community-focused careers events.
• Maintaining ready-to-go talent pools in the CRM for paid and volunteer roles.
• Jumping in to support Recruitment Advisors as needed.
