Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest state school, providing personalised distance education to ākonga across New Zealand and around the world.

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring across allocated Learning Delivery portfolios, including Early Childhood and Overseas, Te Kahuī Rāwhiti and Northern Regions.

As part of a pilot of Te Kura's end-to-end recruitment model, you'll work closely with managers to provide practical recruitment support, helping ensure recruitment is in safe hands so they can focus on supporting their teams and ākonga.

You'll support recruitment activity from advertising through to onboarding, including targeted advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and offers of employment.
