Are you an experienced recruiter who loves winning business, building relationships and creating opportunities? Salt is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our established Wellington Business Support & Operations desk. You'll step into an established market with existing clients, an active candidate network and a strong reputation - giving you the platform to hit the ground running From there, the opportunity is yours to shape. You'll have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business - leveraging existing relationships, winning new clients, growing your network and building your personal brand in the market and identify opportunities to expand into complementary markets. And as your desk grows, so can your remit.

What you'll be doing

Initially, you'll focus on recruiting Business Support and Operations professionals, but this role offers more than simply maintaining an existing desk. As you establish yourself, you'll have the opportunity to extend your reach into complementary disciplines, develop new specialisations and build additional revenue streams aligned to your strengths, interest and market opportunities.
