Whānau Āwhina Plunket is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the People team and deliver end-to-end recruitment support for leaders across the organisation.
You will build trusted relationships, coach leaders in best practice, and manage advertising, sourcing, screening and selection with a values-led approach. The role is based in Wellington at our head office and offers flexible working arrangements.

This is a full-timepermanent role ideally based out of our head office in Wellington Central.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our People team and provide responsive, practical and values led recruitment support to leaders across Whānau Āwhina Plunket.
As a key point of contact for leaders undertaking recruitment, you will provide end-to-end support across advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and selection. You will develop trusted relationships with leaders, taking the time to understand their teams, workforce needs and recruitment challenges so you can provide proactive advice.
A key part of this role will be building leader capability and confidence. You will coach leaders in recruitment best practice, support fair and consistent selection decisions, and help them make effective use of our recruitment systems, tools and resources.
