You will deliver Learn to Swim lessons, create a safe, engaging learning environment and support children's water confidence and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Learn to Swim lessons for children of varying ages and abilities.

  • Monitor participant progress and encourage skill development.
  • Provide excellent customer service to children and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Aquatic Programmes team.

Recreation Programmes Instructor (Learn to Swim)

H2O Xtream is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Recreation Programmes Instructors, with a primary focus on delivering our Learn to Swim programme.

As part of our Aquatic Programmes team, you'll help children build confidence in the water, develop essential swimming skills and create positive experiences that support lifelong water safety.

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering Learn to Swim lessons for children of varying ages and abilities
  • Creating a fun, engaging and safe learning environment
  • Monitoring participant progress and encouraging skill development
  • Providing excellent customer service to children and their families
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Aquatic Programmes team
