Job summary

Ramada Resort Wanaka, part-time Room Attendant position, is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to maintain cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and deliver exceptional service with a friendly approach.

Fluency in English, flexibility for rosters that include weekends and holidays, and a proactive attitude are essential. Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required; there are opportunities for professional development and discounted stays

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position is desirable, but not essential.
• No qualifications required.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings and Public Holidays.
• Be motivated, have a good eye for detail and have high cleaning standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

How You'll Shine

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort in guest accommodation. You will be responsible for carrying out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department and most importantly delivering a high level of customer service.
