Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Reception Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins with outstanding service and a warm welcome.

You should have a minimum of 2 years in hotel reception, be fluent in English, and ideally have experience with OPERA. We offer progression opportunities, on-site meals, staff discounts, and bespoke training to support career development across our luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily reception duties and supervise front-of-house team as required.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Reception Supervisor to join the team. As Reception Supervisor you will be required to assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service and being the first point of contact, possess an engaging and friendly personality, always looking to go the extra mile. You will need to be an experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years in a hotel reception role and ideally be trained in the use of OPERA, although full training will be given. You will also need to have an excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
