Job summary

Transport World is looking for a confident, outgoing Catering and Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on the catering and front‑of‑house side of our events, while also supporting The Grille and other Transport World operations when required.

You'll help ensure events run smoothly and guests receive warm, professional service from start to finish, including event set‑up, food and beverage service, front‑of‑house duties, customer service, safe alcohol service,

Qualifications

• Solid hospitality, catering and front‑of‑house experience.
• Current Duty Manager's Certificate - this is essential.
• Confident, friendly with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Organised, reliable and proactive with a can‑do attitude.
• Flexible for night events, public holidays and weekends.

Are you an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a busy, varied environment where no two days are the same?

Transport World is looking for a confident, outgoing Catering and Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands‑on role with a strong focus on looking after the catering and front‑of‑house side of our events, while also supporting The Grille and other Transport World operations when required.

You'll help ensure our events run smoothly and our guests receive warm, professional service from start to finish. The role will include event set‑up and service, food and beverage service, front‑of‑house duties, customer service, safe and responsible alcohol service, and working alongside our kitchen, events and wider Transport World teams.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid hospitality, catering and front‑of‑house experience
• Holds a current Duty Manager's Certificate - this is essential
• Is confident, friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills
• Can work well as part of a team and confidently on their own
• Has a positive, practical, "can-do" attitude
• Is organised, reliable and comfortable taking initiative
• Can maintain high standards of food service, presentation, hygiene and health and safety
• Is flexible around working hours as this role includes night events, public holidays, weekends.
