North South Holiday Park in Christchurch is seeking a resilient receptionist with stamina, humour and a flair for linen care to join our busy team. You’ll manage bookings, guest check-ins, and front-desk duties while coordinating our on-site laundry with the housekeeping team.

This 3 x 10-hour shift role spans weekends and public holidays and involves a mix of reception, linen management, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or guest service preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to manage phone calls and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle bookings and inquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee laundry coordination with housekeeping.
• Maintain reception and public areas in good order.
