Job summary

Oceania Group's Addington Gardens Village in Christchurch is seeking a casual Laundry Assistant to join their dedicated team. In this role you will handle laundry duties, ensure linens and clothes are washed, folded and neatly organised, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position and with chemical handling.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent service.
• Team-first attitude and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work on a rostered shift basis.
• Right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of laundry services.
• Ensuring all linens, clothes and bed sheets are washed, folded and organised neatly.
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
• Following set policies and procedures to ensure all areas are safe, and hazard free.
