Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Property Investment Analyst to support investment strategies with a focus on Queenstown opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market research, build financial models, and forecast performance to guide decisions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Property Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in financial modeling.
Proficiency with data analysis tools and real estate valuation methodologies.
Excellent remote communication and report-writing abilities.
Understanding of the Eastern Cape property market, including areas like Queenstown.
A degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities
