Waipā District Council in the Waikato region is seeking an Asset Information Team Leader to steer regional asset information practice and lead a specialist group across multiple councils. The role will shape how transport assets are managed in collaboration with Co-Lab and RATA, delivering guidance and oversight for RAMM/AWM data and related processes.
Based at the Co-Lab offices in Lakewood, Cambridge, the role is mobile and council-facing, with secondment to Co-Lab to drive the RATA programme.
This is not your typical asset management role. As the Asset Information Team Leader, you’ll operate as one of our region-wide subject matter experts, helping shape how transport assets are managed across 10 Waikato councils.
Working as part of the RATA (Road Asset Technical Accord) team, you’ll lead a team that provides independent expert advice, guidance and support on matters relating to the AWM/RAMM asset management database, and participating in data asset management activities for RATA Councils.
Based at the Co-Lab offices in Lakewood, Cambridge, this role is both collaborative and mobile, partnering closely with councils across the Waikato region. You’ll be employed by Waipā District Council and seconded to Co-Lab to deliver the RATA programme.
