Job summary

Masonic Hotel Waitara is seeking a Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations and lead staff in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will train bar staff on service standards, craft and update drink menus, and drive customer satisfaction through expert service and promotional campaigns. Weekend availability and strong leadership are essential.

Bar Manager

Masonic Hotel Waitara loves hospitality, aim to provide fresh, quality, and amazing food and service for travellers around the world. We require a positive and ambitious candidate who can handle responsibilities with ease whilst remaining focused and in control in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning and effective management of team members.
• Provide training for bar staff to understand patronpreferences and offer personalized drink recommendations.
• Collaborate in creating and updating drink menus, develop newcocktail recipes, and inform customers about new beverages and special offers.
• Quickly and efficiently handle escalated customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the bar remains well-stocked at all times.

• Serve as the primary contact for vendors, technicians, DJs, security, and other representatives.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the bar.
• Arranging events within the premises on daily basis.
• Ensuring all the work is done as per the laws and regulations.
• Support drink preparation, serving, and sales as required.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
