Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and manage the bar team.
• Provide training for bar staff on patron preferences and drinks.
• Collaborate on drink menus, create new cocktails, and promote beverages and specials.
• Handle escalated customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to keep stock levels adequate.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, technicians, DJs, security and other reps.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the bar.
• Arrange events at the premises daily.
• Ensure all work complies with laws and regulations.
• Support drink preparation, serving, and sales as required.
