Job summary

Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers Hospital is seeking a Radiologist to support surgical, medical, oncology and radiological services. You will attend multidisciplinary team meetings and deliver high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging.

The role emphasizes quality improvement, innovation of new services, and providing teaching and mentorship within a collaborative team of up to eleven clinicians committed to equity in health outcomes for a diverse population, including Māori and Pasifika

Qualifications

• MCNZ registration or eligibility is required.
• Fellow of RANZCR or FRCR equivalence or equivalent training to MCNZ standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide high-quality diagnostic and interventional imaging.
• Drive continuous quality improvement within the radiology service.
• Innovate new imaging services and approaches to patient care.
• Provide teaching and mentorship to colleagues and trainees.
