Job summary

Health New Zealand in Nelson is seeking a team-oriented radiologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across General radiology, Ultrasound, CT and MRI. You will join a multidisciplinary team and support service development, with opportunities to engage in subspecialties as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold FRANZCR or equivalent with radiology subspecialty.
• Postgraduate fellowship training preferred.
• Eligible for NZ Medical Council APC with radiology scope.
• Ability to work independently in a provincial hospital.
• Collaborate across disciplines to promote a cohesive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality imaging across general radiology, ultrasound, CT and MRI.
• Participate in service development and support junior medical staff.
• Lead or contribute to interventional radiology as required.
• Collaborate with regional and tertiary teams for optimal patient care.
