You will hold a valid New Zealand driver’s license with a clean record, have a Passenger Endorsement, and be comfortable working weekends during peak season.

Excellent communication and strong local knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in English to a high level.
• Proven experience delivering engaging commentary and excellent customer service.
• Strong knowledge of local history, landmarks and points of interest.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive passengers to designated locations within Queenstown region and South Island.
• Provide informative and engaging commentary on local history and sights.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues during journeys.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures; make safety decisions as required.
• Deliver a high standard of service and ensure passenger satisfaction.
