Qualifications

• A qualification or certification in Home-Based Care, Community Care, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience providing care to the elderly.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Support clients with mobility, transfers and light household tasks.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor health and well-being, reporting changes to supervisors.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
