Florence Nightingale Agency is looking for support workers throughout the wider Queenstown area to provide care and support to clients who face a variety of challenges. The role involves helping clients achieve their goals and live well.

Key Requirements

• Support worker with home‑based, community or disability support experience
• Own car and full driver licence
• Desire to give back and care for others
• Valid work rights in New Zealand
• Health qualifications L2, L3 or L4 are essential; if you do not hold these qualifications, your application may not be considered.

Availability

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Shifts can range from 1 hour to part‑time or full‑day hours, depending on client needs.
• Currently only home‑management hours are available.
