Fletcher Building's Winstone Aggregates is seeking a Quarry Operator to join the Hunua Quarry on day shift from 5.00am to 4:00pm, with occasional Saturdays. You will learn fixed plant operations and work with a supportive team to keep production moving.
You should have a mechanical mindset, a NZ Class 2 licence, and be fit for manual work. The role offers training, safety-first culture, and opportunities for growth within the business.
Who we are looking for: Are you ready to get your hands dirty in the quarry industry? We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Plant Operator to work our day shift between 5.00am to 4:00pm, with the occasional Saturday at our Hunua Quarry. If you have prior experience operating a fixed plant, fantastic! However, if you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we're here to support you in kick-starting your career. We value reliability, passion, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the exciting world of operating our fixed plant.
Guaranteed 40 hours - Monday to Friday and some Saturdays on roster
