Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Understanding of NZS3910 or similar contract standards.
• Proficient cost management and document control platforms.
• Strong Excel skills for cost tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cost planning, budgeting and monthly cost reporting across projects.
• Subcontractor procurement including scopes, tendering, contracts and negotiation.
• Progress claims: preparing client claims and certifying subcontractor payments.
• Variations: pricing and closing out with a clear paper trail.
• Final accounts and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Collaborate with Project Administrators to maintain accurate registers.
