Job summary

BLACK Interiors + Construction Limited in Wellington Central, New Zealand, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead tendering, cost estimating, and contract negotiation for projects up to $20m. You will help manage variations and final accounts, ensuring pricing accuracy and budget control across high-end interior fitout and refurbishment works.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ main contracting experience, interiors preferred.
• Lead QS on projects experience.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• MNZIQS, NZIQS, or RICS qualification ideal but not essential.
