You’ll work closely with production and other functions to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained, while leading and developing the site quality team.

You may already be an experienced Quality Manager or Quality Lead, or you could be a strong quality professional ready to take the next step into leadership.

Either way, you’ll need the confidence to make decisions, hold your ground when required and build positive relationships across the site.

  • Maintain site compliance with quality systems, food safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead audit preparation and management, including GFSI, regulatory and customer audits
  • Investigate complaints, non-conformances and quality issues, ensuring effective corrective actions
  • Partner closely with production and other teams to improve quality performance
What we are looking for
  • Quality Assurance experience within food manufacturing or a closely related environment
  • Strong working knowledge of GFSI-recognised food safety standards
  • Experience leading or mentoring a quality or food safety system within a manufacturing environment
  • Leadership experience, or the capability and ambition to step into a leadership position
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different functions
  • A calm, resilient approach with the confidence to hold your ground under pressure
What’s in it for you
  • Take ownership of quality across an established Auckland manufacturing operation
  • Generous base plus annual STIP payment
  • Build your leadership experience with support from an experienced national quality function
  • Join a large, established food manufacturing organisation offering long-term career opportunities
